Your money
Your rent is never our money.
Rent your tenant pays goes into a ring-fenced client account held with a UK-authorised bank, completely separate from Caso's own money. We cannot use it to run our business. It can only be paid out to you, or towards a cost on your property that you have approved. Every pound of rent we hold is covered by the Propertymark Client Money Protection scheme, member C0142768. If anything ever happened to Caso, you can claim it back from the scheme. Your rent is released to you within 3 working days of your tenant paying. Your tenant's deposit is held by the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, a government-approved scheme, and not by Caso.

Every Caso service is open to you.
Living overseas? Every Caso service is open to you. Non Resident at 10% adds rent guarantee and all the HMRC paperwork, so your rent arrives with no tax taken off. On Portfolio or Complete, if HMRC has not yet approved you to receive rent in full, we must hold back 20% for tax until it does.
