Fee schedule

All fees shown are plus VAT at the prevailing rate.

Management fees

Essential: 6% + VAT of rent collected.
Complete: 8% + VAT of rent collected.
Finding a tenant: 50% of the first month's rent + VAT, charged only when we find you a tenant.

Fees we do not charge

No setup fee. No onboarding fee. No renewal fee. No exit fee.

Third party costs, passed on at cost

Safety certificates, repairs, licence application fees, certified translations and court fees are charged at cost with no markup, and appear on your monthly statement with the supporting invoice.

Not included

Tax advice. Court fees. The cost of certificates, repairs, licences or translations.

Client Money Protection

Client money is held in a protected client account, so your rent is insured while we hold it. Our certificate is available on request. Membership references: CMP [scheme reference], Property Redress Scheme [membership number], Propertymark [membership number placeholder].
